Before You Continue
Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data, including: mood entries, journal entries, chat history, achievements, and preferences. This action cannot be undone.
How to Delete Your Account
Option 1: Delete from the App (Recommended)
You can delete your account directly from the Serenity House app:
- Open the app and go to Settings (tap the menu icon, then your profile)
- Scroll down to the Danger Zone section
- Tap "Delete account"
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
This will immediately delete all your data from our servers and sign you out.
Option 2: Request Deletion via Email
If you cannot access the app or prefer to request deletion by email, please send us a request:

What Happens Next
- We will verify your identity using the email associated with your account
- Your account and all associated data will be deleted within 30 days
- You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete
- Deleted data cannot be recovered
