How do I track my mood?

Use the "Quick check-in" section on the home screen to log how you're feeling. Select an emoji that represents your current mood and optionally add notes. You can track multiple moods throughout the day.

How do I create a journal entry?

Go to the Journal tab and tap the 'โœŽ Write' button. Write your thoughts and feelings. You can also get AI-powered feedback and insights on your entries by tapping "Get Feedback".

What is Reflective AI?

The Chat tab connects you with an AI assistant designed for self-reflection and emotional support. It can provide journaling prompts, discuss your feelings, and offer coping strategies. All conversations are private and stored securely.

Does the app work offline?

Yes! All your data is stored locally on your device and automatically syncs to the cloud when you're back online. You can continue tracking your mood and journaling even without internet.

How do I export my data as PDF?

Go to Settings > Export Journals. You can also export a single journal entry as a PDF document by tapping 'โ‹ฎ' on the journal card, then 'Export PDF' . This is useful for sharing with a therapist or keeping personal records.

How do I get emergency help?

Tap the Emergency Resources from the side drawer menu icon 'โ˜ฐ' to access crisis helplines for your region. These are available 24/7 and staffed by trained professionals.

What are achievements?

Achievements reward your consistency and progress. You earn them by logging moods, writing journal entries, maintaining streaks, and completing mental workouts. View your achievements from Settings > Achievements.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings and scroll to the Danger Zone section. Tap "Delete account" to permanently remove your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone. You can also request deletion via email.
